Finance & Business Manager (Remote, Haiti)

About the role

The Finance & Business Manager will oversee HFSA’s financial management and core business operations, strengthening systems, processes, partnerships, and resources for effective and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and financial reports; ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Strengthen administrative systems, policies, and workflows; manage contracts, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Identify partnership and funding opportunities, support proposal development, and conduct market research for new initiatives.
• Provide financial and operational analysis to support strategic decisions and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field.
• At least five years of experience in financial management, business operations, or project management.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills in English and Haitian Creole; French preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality in a remote setting.
