Fork Lift Operator

About the role

CTG is seeking a reliable Fork Lift Operator to support warehouse operations in Haiti. The successful candidate will safely maneuver forklifts, unload deliveries, and organise goods within a busy environment while adhering to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to unload deliveries, stack boxes, and move pallets.
• Navigate safely in a busy warehouse and keep aisles clear of spills or obstructions.
• Stack and unstack large quantities of goods onto shelves or pallets.
• Transport goods from storage to loading areas for outbound shipments.
• Conduct pre‑use equipment checks and report any faults immediately.
• Ensure preventive maintenance is performed according to manufacturer specifications and maintain accurate records.
• Allow only authorized personnel to operate forklifts and enforce all safety regulations.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
• At least five years of progressive forklift operation experience.
• Valid forklift operating licence and a national identity card.
• Certificate of good conduct and morals.
• Good spoken and written French.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow warehouse safety requirements.
