French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. You will interact with customers from French‑speaking regions via voice calls and live chat, delivering clear, friendly, and professional assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them step‑by‑step to resolution.
• Accurately log all interactions in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Experience with bilingual support is a plus.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is advantageous.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and e‑commerce platforms.
