French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. In this fully remote position you will assist customers from French‑ and English‑speaking markets via phone and live chat, ensuring every interaction is professional, clear and friendly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in French and English through voice calls and live chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues step‑by‑step and guide them to resolution.
• Accurately log all interactions in our ticketing system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and product updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and patience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Strong communication, empathy and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Experience with bilingual support is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ticketing and help‑desk tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk or similar platforms.
• Experience with Shopify or other e‑commerce systems.
• Understanding of CRM systems.
