French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑ and English‑speaking customers, providing assistance through phone, live chat and email while ensuring a friendly and efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality support in French and English via voice calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, solution‑focused resolutions.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically to build strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service standards.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm and solution‑oriented under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Experience with Shopify or comparable e‑commerce systems.
