Information Management Specialist (WASH & Education Cluster Coordination)

About the role

The Information Management Specialist will support UNICEF’s coordination of the WASH and Education clusters in Haiti. This three‑month temporary appointment at P‑3 level is based in Port‑au‑Prince and focuses on strengthening information management systems to guide humanitarian response.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust data collection, analysis and reporting tools for WASH and Education interventions.
• Provide timely information products to support needs assessments, operational planning and monitoring of response activities.
• Coordinate with cluster partners, government ministries and UN agencies to ensure data consistency and shared situational awareness.
• Assist in producing strategic briefs and dashboards for decision‑makers at national and sub‑national levels.
• Contribute to the activation and functional strengthening of the WASH cluster under DINEPA leadership.

Required profile

• UN P‑3 level or equivalent professional experience in humanitarian information management.
• Demonstrated experience working in complex emergency settings, preferably in Haiti or similar contexts.
• Strong understanding of WASH and Education sector coordination mechanisms.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to rapidly changing environments and produce high‑quality analytical outputs.
