Lead Polygrapher

About the role

Sincerus Global Solutions seeks an experienced Lead Polygrapher to coordinate and oversee international vetting operations in Haiti. The contractor will work closely with INL Haiti staff and the U.S. Embassy in Port‑au‑Prince to ensure all personnel vetting is completed accurately and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the administration of polygraph vetting under the contract, guaranteeing timely and complete processing of all candidates.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and maintain close liaison with INL, the U.S. Embassy, and local authorities.
• Assess feasibility and effectiveness of proposed vetting schedules and identify required resources.
• Advise on implementation of new policies and practices in a foreign environment.
• Clarify legal issues specific to Haiti in partnership with the Embassy.

Required profile

• Minimum eight (8) years of experience managing international polygraph programs, preferably in the Caribbean or Latin America.
• Graduation from an accredited polygraph and vetting training program (e.g., APA, National Center for Credibility Assessment).
• Completion of at least 500 NCCA‑accredited Law Enforcement Pre‑Employment Test (LEPET) polygraph exams.
• Demonstrated success coordinating polygraph sessions with simultaneous interpretation.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; no negative prior experience with INL or USG missions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
