Logistics Assistant and Fuel Attender

About the role

CTG is seeking a Logistics Assistant and Fuel Attender to oversee fuel storage, distribution, and quality control across its locations in Haiti. The role ensures safe handling of fuel, accurate documentation, and efficient delivery to client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect fuel storage capacity, security, and safety at all depots.
• Document fuel receipts, justify any shortages, and maintain accurate logs.
• Implement and monitor fuel quality control processes for client tanks.
• Conduct random checks during fueling operations to verify quantities against records.
• Ensure proper use of equipment such as pumps, fire extinguishers, and security devices.
• Deploy the Fuel Management System’s module in all locations.
• Track fuel consumption per client site, generate forecasts, and produce regular reports.
• Liaise with administration for monthly invoicing and prepare monthly fuel transaction reports.
• Investigate equipment or personal injury incidents at fuel facilities and develop corrective actions.
• Travel occasionally within the country as required.

Required profile

• National identity card.
• Detailed CV and a blank certificate of good conduct.
• BT or BTS diploma in Logistics, Transport, or a related field.
• Minimum three years progressive experience in fuel attendance.
• Proficiency with computer tools (Word, Excel, Internet).
• Strong spoken and written French; English is an asset.
