Logistics Assistant and Fuel Attender

About the role

CTG is seeking a Logistics Assistant and Fuel Attender to oversee fuel storage, distribution and quality across its operational sites. The role combines hands‑on inspection of fuel depots with data‑driven monitoring to ensure safety, accuracy and efficient resource use.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect fuel storage capacity, security measures and equipment at all locations.
• Document fuel receipts, verify quantities, and justify any shortages.
• Implement and maintain the Fuel Management System’s fuel module in every depot.
• Conduct random checks during fueling operations to confirm recorded volumes.
• Ensure pumps, fire extinguishers and security gear comply with safety rules.
• Track and analyse fuel consumption per client site, produce forecast and consumption reports, and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with Administration for monthly invoicing of approved fuel usage.
• Review incidents at fuel facilities, develop corrective actions and report monthly fuel transactions.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics, fuel handling or related operational environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and quality procedures.
• Good analytical skills for reporting and consumption tracking.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel for data entry and reporting.
• Experience using a Fuel Management System or similar fuel tracking software.
