About the role

The Logistics Coordinator supports the Sales Support Manager by ensuring smooth daily operations for customer accounts. This role combines communication, dispatch, and carrier management to guarantee timely pickups and deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Handle phone and email communication with customers and carriers.
• Set appointments, conduct daily check‑calls, and build loads.
• Dispatch trucks to pickup locations and monitor shipment progress.
• Qualify carriers to match customer shipment requirements.
• Negotiate rates and convey shipment details to prospective carriers.
• Maintain strong relationships through consistent, award‑winning customer service.
