Mystic Coach

About the role

We are looking for a Mystic Coach to join CoachX’s global coaching community. In this fully remote position you will guide clients through self‑awareness, energy balance and spiritual growth using a variety of intuitive tools.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one online spiritual coaching sessions through the CoachX app.
• Apply meditation, energy‑healing, tarot, manifestation practices or other spiritual techniques to support client development.
• Help clients explore self‑awareness, clarify life direction and unlock inner strength.
• Maintain a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for dialogue.
• Document client progress and provide constructive feedback.

Required profile

• Genuine interest and practical experience in spiritual growth, consciousness awareness or energy work.
• Strong listening, empathy and communication abilities.
• Ability to guide clients independently without formal certification.
• Self‑awareness, accountability and adaptability to remote work.
• Open to diverse cultural and spiritual backgrounds.
