National Consultant for Ethics Manuals Roll‑out & Curriculum Review

About the role

The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) seeks a National Consultant to lead the roll‑out of ethics manuals for young people and to conduct a pedagogical review of the curriculum “Les Génies de la Bonne Gouvernance” in Haiti. This short‑term assignment runs from September to December 2026 and focuses on strengthening anti‑corruption education for teachers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed agendas and training materials for four sessions scheduled between 7 – 18 September 2026.
• Deliver four five‑day training workshops for teachers on ethics and integrity.
• Produce a comprehensive pedagogical review report of the curriculum, including actionable recommendations.
• Submit activity reports after each training session.
• Prepare a final mission report summarising outcomes and lessons learned.

Required profile

• Proven experience in curriculum development, educational training, or similar consultancy work.
• Familiarity with anti‑corruption initiatives and youth education programs.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training (MENFP) and UNODC staff.
• Strong written communication skills in English; French proficiency is an advantage.
