Partnerships Officer (Port-au-Prince)

About the role

The Partnerships Officer will support the Head of the Partnerships & Reporting Unit in strengthening WFP’s collaborations with public, private and external partners. The role focuses on designing partnership strategies, managing relationships, and delivering analytical insights to advance WFP’s mission in Haiti.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and continuous update of the partnerships strategy and implement work plans to identify and develop quality partnerships.
• Conduct partner profiling, data and trend analysis, and create outreach plans to maximize resources and policy support.
• Prepare briefing materials and communications to facilitate corporate dialogue with partners.
• Gather and share partner intelligence using systems such as WINGS, Salesforce and WFPGo, and analyse results to inform strategy.
• Assist functional units in developing thematic partnership plans and manage contribution proposals, agreements and reporting.
• Incorporate gender perspectives into all partnership activities and ensure compliance with corporate norms.
• Contribute to preparedness actions by providing technical recommendations and monitoring risks.

Required profile

• Advanced university degree in Political Science, International Development, Development Economics, International Relations, Law, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Minimum five years of professional experience in partnership roles.
• Fluency in French and English at C level.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce for partner management.
• Familiarity with WINGS and WFPGo information systems.
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
