Plant Manager – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

The Plant Manager will lead the daily operations of Le Natal S.A.'s manufacturing facility in Port-au-Prince. This full‑time, on‑site role ensures safe, efficient, and cost‑effective production while meeting quality standards and delivery schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all plant activities, from production and manufacturing to compliance with policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement processes that maximize safety, quality, and productivity.
• Lead, coach, and develop plant teams to achieve performance targets.
• Optimize workflows and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Manage budgets, control inventory, and coordinate with maintenance and logistics.
• Prepare operational reports for senior leadership and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Proven plant management and leadership experience in high‑volume manufacturing.
• Strong background in operations management, process optimization, and production planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Management, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication skills in English and French or Haitian Creole.
