Polygrapher – International Vetting Operations

About the role
We are seeking experienced Polygraphers to support the Lead Polygrapher in conducting vetting and polygraph examinations for HNP candidates in Haiti. The role involves direct participation in field operations, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of each assessment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Lead Polygrapher in planning and executing polygraph and vetting operations across Haiti.
- Coordinate, assess, and manage polygraph examinations in an international, often multilingual, environment.
- Conduct polygraph sessions using simultaneous interpretation when required.
- Maintain detailed records of examinations and ensure compliance with NCCA and LEPET standards.
Required profile
- Graduate of an accredited polygraphing and vetting training program (e.g., APA, NCCA).
- At least four years of experience with international polygraph programs, preferably in the Caribbean or Latin America.
- Completed a minimum of 200 NCCA‑accredited LEPET polygraph exams.
- Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
- No adverse prior experience with INL and never removed from any USG mission or civilian policing activity.
- Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication abilities.
