Program Manager

About the role

Sincerus Global Solutions, Inc. is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the execution of a contract focused on security assistance and overseas logistics. Based in Port‑au‑Prince, the PM will ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, manage reporting, and act as the primary liaison with INL program representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee contract performance, including deliverables, quality control, and reporting.
• Coordinate with INL representatives and make major implementation decisions.
• Develop and maintain process maps, audit procedures, and performance metrics.
• Lead a team, providing guidance and supervision to staff members.
• Support overseas logistics programs, especially OCONUS and defense‑related activities.
• Create training materials, procedures, and policy documents.

Required profile

• U.S. citizen with Secret clearance.
• Minimum five years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, strategic planning, process mapping, performance management, or auditing.
• At least two years of experience leading teams or managing staff.
• Experience supporting overseas logistics programs, preferably in the defense sector.
• Fluent in English; French or Haitian Creole is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree.
