Programme Manager – Nutrition

About the role

The Programme Manager – Nutrition will lead the design, planning, implementation and monitoring of nutrition activities in Haiti, ensuring alignment with national strategies, donor priorities and humanitarian standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and implement nutrition programmes, including CMAM and IYCF approaches, and lead the MAMI protocol adaptation.
• Supervise a team of Nutrition Programme Officers and Field Officers, set objectives, conduct performance appraisals and organise capacity‑building.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenditures, produce forecasts and ensure compliance with financial tools.
• Oversee MEAL systems, set up databases, monitor indicators and produce high‑quality narrative and technical reports.
• Represent Concern with authorities, partners and clusters, and develop strong relationships with state bodies and communities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in public health, nutrition, medicine or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of programme management experience with international NGOs.
• Proven experience in community‑based nutrition, CMAM and/or IYCF approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to manage government partnerships and lead teams.
• Excellent French (spoken and written); English and Haitian Creole are an advantage.
