Project Manager – Facilities Maintenance & HVAC

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the full lifecycle of Facilities Maintenance, Minor Engineering and HVAC works contracts. You will be the primary liaison with the client, ensuring that all services are planned, mobilised, executed and demobilised in line with contractual, quality, safety and financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for the client and all project stakeholders.
• Direct and manage mobilisation, service delivery and demobilisation phases.
• Develop and maintain Quality Control, Health & Safety and Environmental plans.
• Recruit, train and supervise project personnel.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, invoicing and profitability.
• Approve and monitor subcontractors for compliance with standards.
• Chair weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings and produce required reports.
• Track project KPIs, implement corrective actions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Report health, safety, environmental and food‑safety incidents.
• Apply ISO standards (9001, 45001) and manage performance reviews for direct reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in facilities management, minor construction or HVAC works.
• Fluent in English and French.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s licence.
