Regional Coordinator – Grants & Staff Engagement

About the role

The Regional Coordinator will support Digicel's Foundation in delivering the "Konbit Pou Chanjman" campaign and managing grant‑related activities across the Artibonite region. Reporting to the Grants & Staff Engagement Manager, the role is a 12‑month fixed‑term position focused on community outreach, monitoring of funded projects, and staff engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in launching and promoting the "Konbit Pou Chanjman" campaign, including community awareness meetings and store audits.
• Collect, review, and forward grant applications and legal documents to the Foundation headquarters.
• Coordinate Phase II and Phase III activities, such as field visits, training sessions, and final event preparation.
• Conduct regular field monitoring visits, review narrative and financial reports, and track project implementation.
• Support beneficiary organizations in reporting, budget monitoring, and project management capacity building.
• Plan and organize regional staff engagement activities and accompany employees on Foundation missions.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel within the region.
• Excellent communication skills in French and Haitian Creole.
• Experience in grant management, community outreach, or non‑profit programs is preferred.
