About the role
The Regional Coordinator provides essential operational and administrative support to the regional office in Artibonite, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day activities and optimal efficiency across all functions. This role acts as a hub for communication, logistics, and documentation, helping the Regional Operation Manager achieve business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage correspondence, memos, purchase orders, cash advances, and expense claims.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements in line with company policies.
- Compile and maintain operational reports such as leave tracking, staff absenteeism, fuel consumption, vehicle mileage, and inventory.
- Reconcile regional petty cash and submit supporting documentation for audit.
- Assist in creating presentations and support materials for meetings and business reviews.
- Liaise with the distribution team to track dispatch, receipt, and movement of goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized office environment that reflects corporate branding.
- Track maintenance schedules and service records for the regional vehicle fleet.
- Ensure staff have the tools and resources needed to perform their duties effectively.
Required profile
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Proven experience in logistics coordination and arranging internal travel.
