Relationship Coach

About the role

LiftTalk is seeking a Relationship Coach to join its remote, supportive community. You will guide individuals and couples through online sessions, helping them rebuild trust, improve communication, and deepen connection.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct video, voice, or text coaching sessions via the LiftTalk mobile app.
• Provide compassionate, evidence‑based guidance on conflict, emotional disconnect, and life transitions.
• Help clients set healthy boundaries, enhance communication skills, and increase self‑awareness.
• Maintain confidentiality and a client‑centered approach in every interaction.

Required profile

• Certified or experienced in relationship, life, or communication coaching (or equivalent experience).
• Proven track record helping clients improve relationships, dating confidence, or family dynamics.
• Empathetic listener with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Client‑focused mindset committed to lasting growth.
