Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated French‑English bilingual professional to join our remote support team. You will be the friendly voice that helps customers across French‑speaking regions resolve issues, track orders, and get product information, all while delivering a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous support in French and English via phone calls and live chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Accurately document all interactions in our support platform.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and care.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
