We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist customers from French‑speaking regions via voice calls and live chat. The role combines empathy, clear communication, and problem‑solving to turn frustration into satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Document all interactions accurately.

• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and verbal.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
