Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a French-English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will assist customers in French and English, providing friendly, solution-focused service through chat, email and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and calls.
• Guide customers step-by-step to resolve technical or order-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our support system.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Calm and solution-focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify (or similar tools).
