Resident Assistant, Assisted Living - Part-Time

About the role

In this position, your main responsibilities will include providing residents with assistance in the activities of daily living such as grooming, bathing and maintaining their personal environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide residents with assistance in daily living activities, including grooming, bathing, and maintaining their personal environment.
• Transport residents within the community to activities, other departments, or dining areas.
• Respond to emergency calls, resident or visitor requests, and environmental hazards promptly and safely.
• Review and follow resident care plans and obtain vital signs as required.

Required profile

• High School diploma or equivalent (required).
• All state educational requirements for the position must be met.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Experience working with an elderly population preferred.
• A calm, helpful, and respectful demeanor appreciated.
