Supply Chain Officer (External Services)

About the role

The World Food Programme (WFP) is seeking a Supply Chain Officer (External Services) for its Country Office in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. The officer will support WFP’s integrated supply chain reform by managing partner service requests and ensuring that external services are delivered efficiently, transparently, and in line with WFP procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and process external service requests from partners.
• Reinforce compliance with WFP procurement and supply chain procedures.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Monitor performance of external service providers and prepare related reports.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for all external service activities.
• Support the implementation of the UN80 Integrated Supply Chain Reform in Haiti.

Required profile

• Experience in supply chain or logistics management, preferably within humanitarian or UN contexts.
• Familiarity with WFP or UN procurement and supply chain procedures.
• Ability to work in a challenging environment with fragile infrastructure and access constraints.
• Strong communication skills in English.
