Virtual Customer Support Agent (French/English) – 100% Remote

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Virtual Customer Support Agent who will be the first point of contact for our customers worldwide. The role is fully remote and requires fluency in both French and English to deliver high‑quality assistance across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in French and English.
• Assist with order issues, technical questions, and general support requests.
• Maintain a friendly, efficient, and professional tone in every interaction.
• Navigate and document cases using Zendesk and Salesforce.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English at C1/C2 level (written and spoken).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO, call‑center or SaaS environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
• Strong communication, empathy and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zendesk.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.
