Humanitarian Affairs Officer – AIT Liaison (P3)

About the role

The Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) is seeking a Humanitarian Affairs Officer to serve as a liaison with the Accountability and Impact Team (AIT). Based in Port‑au‑Prince, Haiti, the incumbent will support OCHA’s mission to mobilise and coordinate effective humanitarian action in partnership with national and international actors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide liaison support between the Accountability and Impact Team and OCHA’s Humanitarian Finance Unit/Envelope Manager.
• Work under the overall supervision of the OCHA Head of Office or their delegate.
• Contribute to the coordination of humanitarian response efforts in Haiti, ensuring alignment with OCHA’s framework and principles.

Required profile

• Ability to work under the supervision of the Head of Office or delegate.
• Willingness to collaborate closely with the Humanitarian Finance Unit.
