Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French‑English speaker to join our remote customer support team. In this position you will assist shoppers from French‑speaking markets via phone and live chat, turning inquiries into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly assistance in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot order, product, and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document every interaction accurately in our support platform.
• Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads to stay aligned on priorities and brand standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
