Business Service Manager – B2B Mobile Financial Services

About the role

Digicel is seeking a Business Service Manager to lead its B2B Mobile Financial Services (MFS) unit. The role focuses on building and scaling partnerships with banks, enterprises and payment providers, ensuring compliance, security and seamless delivery of financial solutions across the Caribbean and Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic B2B partnerships and integration projects.
• Define product strategy, innovate new offerings and own the full product lifecycle.
• Drive revenue growth and meet P&L targets for corporate solutions, retail payments and non‑conventional channels.
• Serve as the single point of contact for corporate clients, handling contracts, SLAs and commercial agreements.
• Design and execute the B2B sales channel, including pipeline, bidding and account management.
• Produce performance reports, monitor budgets and align with other MFS propositions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in mobile financial services, financial services or product management.
• Proven success managing commercial units and delivering revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of MFS market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to negotiate complex legal agreements and manage large enterprise relationships.
