Veta Virtual is seeking a motivated Customer Retention Representative to join a high‑growth fintech and cryptocurrency client. This 100% remote, revenue‑generating position focuses on re‑engaging inactive customers through phone and text outreach, using consultative selling techniques to drive measurable revenue recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound calls and targeted text follow‑ups to hundreds of inactive customers daily.
• Analyze transaction history and inactivity data to prioritize outreach based on revenue potential.
• Engage customers in consultative conversations, highlighting platform benefits and addressing hesitations.
• Explain products, value‑added services, and platform usage to both new and experienced users.
• Handle objections, competing offers, and concerns with empathy and solution‑focused responses.
• Utilize discount codes, promotions, and incentive programs to create urgency and close re‑engagement deals.
• Identify trends and revenue opportunities to increase average per‑customer revenue.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and interaction records in CRM tools.

Required profile

• Proven ability to influence decisions and drive outcomes through relationship‑based selling.
• Strong verbal communication and confident phone presence.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue or retention targets.
