French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English Customer Support Associate who can deliver friendly, accurate assistance to our customers via phone and live chat. You will work remotely with a global team, helping users from Spanish‑speaking regions navigate our e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues step‑by‑step and guide them to resolution.
• Log every interaction accurately in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing tools.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce platforms.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
