Logistics Officer – FM & HVAC (Talent Pool)

About the role

The Logistics Officer will coordinate logistics and quality management activities for facilities management (FM), minor engineering, and HVAC works. The role ensures timely procurement, delivery, and inventory management of materials, equipment, and spare parts while maintaining ISO quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement and logistics of materials, equipment, and spare parts.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and HVAC components, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Implement quality management processes to meet ISO standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, procurement orders, and delivery documentation.
• Support logistics planning for mobilization and demobilization phases.
• Organize warehouse floor space and ensure proper storage and handling.
• Coordinate transportation and customs clearance for imported materials.
• Generate logistics reports and stock level alerts for management.
• Report health, safety, environmental, and food safety hazards and incidents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management and logistics for FM, construction, or HVAC.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Valid driver’s license.
