About the role

We are seeking a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat. You will provide friendly, empathetic assistance, turning challenges into positive experiences while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely support in French and English through calls and chat.

Required profile

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
