Budget Officer – UNICEF Haiti

About the role

UNICEF Haiti is looking for a dynamic, analytical Budget Officer to join the Operations team. Reporting to the Deputy Representative Operations, you will help manage financial resources, support budget planning, and ensure effective financial governance across programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Support formulation of strategies and concepts for financial planning.
• Conduct budget analysis focused on achieving results.
• Manage contribution processes, including budget allocation and monitoring.
• Prepare and maintain financial dashboard reports.
• Produce financial reports for resource mobilization and donor reporting.
• Provide VISION system support for fund management.
• Oversee cost distribution and payroll processes.
