Business Development Representative (BDR)

About the role

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will drive volume growth, increase market share and strengthen competitiveness for our portfolio of IBPLC products. You will work closely with distributors and retail outlets to ensure product availability, optimal placement and pricing compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for the assigned geographic area.
• Manage and supervise distributors, overseeing orders, payments and re‑distribution.
• Ensure a full range of IB products is stocked at customer and retail locations.
• Monitor and maintain proper chiller placement for exclusive IBPLC product use.
• Track recommended retail prices and adjust as needed.
• Observe competitor activities and report market insights.

Required profile

• Three‑year degree qualification.
• Minimum of two years experience in sales, marketing or FMCG environment.
• Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s licence.
• Basic computer literacy with experience using Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of the local area and excellent administration skills.
