Collision Estimator

About the role

The Estimator at Gerber Collision & Glass is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, creating detailed estimates, and coordinating repair needs while maintaining clear communication with customers and insurance companies.

Key responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction efficiently and accurately with pertinent details.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes, and metrics.
• Communicate customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with management and support team members as needed.
• Attend training, safety meetings, and workshops recommended by the Store Manager.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in automotive repair, estimating, or related field.

Required skills

• I‑CAR Training (must be willing to complete).
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
