IT Support Professional – Haiti Office

About the role

The World Bank is seeking an IT Support Professional to provide on‑site technology assistance to staff at its Haiti office and visiting colleagues from other World Bank locations. This fixed‑term position ensures reliable access to hardware, software, and enterprise systems, contributing to a seamless digital experience for all users.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine troubleshooting and log service requests to maintain reliable workplace technology.
• Escalate complex issues to advanced support teams while maintaining service quality.
• Set up, support, and maintain standard devices, network equipment, servers, software, IP phones, videoconferencing, and AV systems.
• Monitor system performance, participate in technology projects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with users to resolve technical problems promptly and efficiently.

Required profile

• Experience in IT support or help‑desk operations.
• Ability to work on‑site five days a week in Cap Haitien.
• Fluency in French and Haitian Creole; English preferred.
