Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French‑English speaker to join our remote customer support team. As the first point of contact, you will handle inbound calls, live chat, and email inquiries, delivering friendly and effective assistance to our French‑speaking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑tier support in French and English via voice, chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and offer timely, solution‑focused resolutions.
• Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service quality.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm and solution‑oriented under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support platforms.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
