About the role

We are looking for a motivated French‑English bilingual professional to join our remote customer support team. You will interact with French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, helping them resolve issues, track orders, and answer product questions. This role combines empathy, clear communication, and problem‑solving in a fast‑paced, digital‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

Required skills
