Warehouse Controller – Inventory & Operations

About the role

The Warehouse Controller is responsible for ensuring safety standards, managing inventory and warehousing functions, and driving productivity in line with AB InBev and global policies. You will lead process implementation, monitor key performance indicators, and continuously improve warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and uphold AB InBev safety standards throughout the warehouse.
• Manage inventory counts, compliance with inventory and quality policies, and the disposal of obsolete products.
• Develop, validate and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and business process maps.
• Monitor and improve KPI and PI performance using problem‑solving tools such as 5 Why, PDCA, RACI and abnormality reports.
• Ensure adherence to 5S standards, layout requirements, and budget targets (VLC, ZBB, FLC).
• Track operating variances, stock age, and supply‑chain overheads, proposing corrective actions.
• Facilitate team meetings, problem‑solving sessions, and continuous performance reviews.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety compliance.
• Experience designing and maintaining SOPs, KPI frameworks, and performance dashboards.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
