Warehouse Controller

About the role

The Warehouse Controller is responsible for ensuring safety compliance, managing inventory and warehousing functions, and driving productivity through standardized processes. You will work closely with warehouse staff to meet customer service targets and uphold ABInBev safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor ABInBev safety standards and 5S compliance across the warehouse.
• Manage inventory counts, quality policy adherence, and the destruction/write‑off of obsolete products.
• Develop, validate and enforce SOPs, process maps, SLAs and KPI indicators for all warehouse activities.
• Utilize problem‑solving tools (5 WHY, PDCA, RACI, etc.) to create action plans and improve performance metrics.
• Oversee budgetary targets (VLC, ZBB, FLC) and ensure alignment with annual flexed goals.
• Maintain layout compliance for specific zones (empties, refusal) and track operating variances.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and compliance procedures.
• Ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and manage cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical skills for root‑cause analysis and KPI monitoring.
