AI Strategist (Remote, LatAm)

About the role

The AI Strategist sits in the Operational Intelligence discipline, acting as the primary point of contact for retail and consumer‑brand accounts. You will run long‑term AI programs, guiding discovery, business‑case development, specification, delivery and adoption while working remotely across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Run long‑term AI programs for retail and consumer‑brand clients, overseeing discovery, business case development, specification, delivery and adoption.
• Benchmark client performance across experience, marketing operations and forecasting, identify gaps and embed AI solutions through recurring touchpoints.
• Own the business case for each scope, defining expected impact, cost and success metrics, and guide specialist engineers or analysts to deliver.

Required profile

• Startup experience (built or operated) with the ability to own a United States client relationship entirely remotely.
• Client‑facing seniority, capable of leading executive conversations and steering discussions back to business problems.
• Deep AI expertise, having built AI‑enabled tools, products or workflows and able to demo an applied AI case study.
• Strong technical and analytical fluency to reason about agent systems, data connections, backend architectures and APIs.
• Ability to read profit‑and‑loss statements, understand e‑commerce economics and construct financial models.
