AI Strategist (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for an AI Strategist to lead long‑term, AI‑enabled operational programs for retail and consumer‑brand clients across Latin America. You will own the full engagement lifecycle, from discovery and benchmarking to delivery, expansion, and measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Run long‑term AI‑enabled operational programs for retail and consumer brand clients, from discovery and benchmarking through delivery and expansion.
• Own the business case, specifications, and coordination of specialist engineers and analysts, ensuring the solution moves a tracked business metric and is adopted after launch.

Required profile

• Startup experience building or operating AI‑native products and comfort creating playbooks while managing remote US client relationships.
• Strong client‑facing skills, able to lead executive conversations, challenge assumptions, and keep focus on business problems.

Required skills

• Deep AI experience with built AI‑enabled tools, products or workflows; ability to demo an applied AI case study.
• Technical fluency with agent systems, data connections, backend architectures, APIs; SQL and Python experience valued.
