Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (French/English) – Voice & Chat

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a remote Bilingual Customer Service Specialist fluent in French and English. You will be the primary point of contact for customers across voice, chat, and email, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and supported.

Key responsibilities

• Provide inbound support via phone, live chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
• Personalize interactions to build strong, lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Offer feedback to refine service processes and quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in both French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify (or similar tools).
