Bilingual French & English Customer Support Representative

About the role

IdeasUnlimited is seeking fluent French‑English speakers to join its remote customer support team. You will assist global clients via phone, email and chat, providing timely solutions while representing a US‑based BPO.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries through phone, email and chat platforms.
• Diagnose issues, perform basic troubleshooting and escalate complex cases.
• Complete related administrative and coordination tasks.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native proficiency in both English and French.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer support or call‑center environment.
• Minimum six months using an email ticketing system.
• Familiarity with a CRM platform (Zendesk or Salesforce preferred).
• Basic competency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
