About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will handle customer inquiries via chat and email, delivering clear and helpful assistance while maintaining a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support through chat and email in French and English.
• Assist customers with orders, inquiries, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Share feedback to improve processes and customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading French and English.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and written communication skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support tools such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
