About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will handle customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring clear communication and swift resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional assistance to customers in French and English through chat and email.
• Address questions about orders, account issues, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service quality.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing skills in both French and English.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
