Commercial Executive

About the role

Digicel is seeking a Commercial Executive to lead commercial and marketing activities in the Nord/Cap‑Haïtien cluster. The role focuses on driving sales, managing dealer and kiosk channels, and expanding the company’s presence in the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage dealer and local kiosk channels, identifying new routes to market and maximizing reach.
• Drive pre‑paid and post‑paid acquisition to meet monthly gross net activation and recharge targets.
• Monitor recharge performance, stock availability, and wholesale POS using the Real Impact Tool.
• Track cluster performance, flag market issues, and develop the territory by increasing wholesale POS and street vendors.
• Conduct competitor analysis and implement national recharge policies in the region.
• Coordinate local community integration, brand, PR, events, and business community outreach.
• Maintain relationships with dealers, partners, and solar‑panel/charging‑station providers.
• Handle routine commercial administration and ensure business quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management or a related field.
• Proven track record of achievements in sales or commercial roles.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel regionally on behalf of the company.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Accounting experience.
