Consortium Manager (Port-au-Prince)

About the role

The Consortium Manager will lead the implementation of a multi‑partner humanitarian and climate project in Port‑au‑Prince, ensuring compliance with donor rules and delivering high‑quality results. Working closely with consortium partners, you will coordinate activities, manage documentation, and drive project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the consortium and maintain effective coordination among partners.
• Oversee internal coordination, project planning, implementation follow‑up and quality control.
• Manage the full project cycle, from planning through grant management and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with donor and governmental requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of field project implementation experience, preferably in an international context.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and drafting skills.
• Familiarity with aid systems and ability to meet donor and government requirements.
• Proven ability to coordinate staff, manage activities independently and work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel and work in difficult conditions; knowledge of local language or regional experience is an asset.

• Salary €2,900‑€3,100 per month (pre‑tax) plus a €300 monthly living allowance.
